Welcome to Ease into Your Light! I am excited to cross paths with you and to support your journey of living your authenticity (i.e. light). It can feel difficult sometimes to live authentically when we get caught up in our day-to-day life. We can take note of these moments of disconnection and remember our authenticity is always available for us to align with. Having go-to practices and supports can help us again and again to ease into our light.
My Story
Maral Varjabedyan (she, her, hers) is a yogi, lifelong learner, and life coach. She is the daughter of Diasporan Armenians who instilled the integrity and appreciation of living her ethnic identity. Her first name, Maral, means "Baby Deer" and her last name, Varjabedyan, means "Teacher." She was also given the Sanskrit name Sukha by her Yoga teacher which means "Joy." Through exploring her ethnic roots and yogic core, Maral feels grateful for the process of experiencing her birthright: Joy of Existence.

Maral founded Ease into Your Light to honor the process of discovering, remembering, and living our wholistic existence. She believes that integrating practices that promote wellness into daily life, such as yoga, life coaching, meditation, and creative expression, enable a wholistic approach to becoming aware and aligning with our authentic self. And, that authenticity is radiant in and of itself.
